“I had the pleasure of dining at the BLT steakhouse, and the food was truly excellent. The menu offered a delicious variety, and the service was perfect. My server, Koranzo, was incredibly attentive and made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. They handled a situation with such grace when there was a delay with our main courses, and even provided our food in a takeaway bag when we needed to leave. My stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Turks & Caicos was a mix of amazing experiences and a few disappointments. The location and cleanliness of the resort were really good, and the food was delicious, especially the truffle fries and overnight oats. However, the service was inconsistent, with some staff being quite rude at times, particularly at the pool towel service. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but with room for improvement in customer service.
