My stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Turks & Caicos was a mix of amazing experiences and a few disappointments. The location and cleanliness of the resort were really good, and the food was delicious, especially the truffle fries and overnight oats. However, the service was inconsistent, with some staff being quite rude at times, particularly at the pool towel service. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but with room for improvement in customer service.

However, I did encounter a couple of staff members at the towel booth who were not very welcoming, which was disappointing. Still, the amenities, especially the pools, were fantastic, and I really appreciated the quick access to Grace Bay – one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen.
